Do I need to buy a domain or hosting?
No. Every website is hosted by BlogToStart on a free subdomain (yourbrand.blogtostart.com) with HTTPS. You can connect a domain you own later, on plans that include custom domains — it's optional.
Do I need WordPress or any technical skills?
No. BlogToStart is the website builder, CMS and host in one. You describe your idea, review what the AI prepares and publish from the dashboard.
Will the AI publish articles without me?
Not by default. AI-written content is saved as a draft for you to review. You can opt into automations that publish on a schedule, and you can set them to require approval first.
Can you guarantee traffic, rankings or income?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. BlogToStart gives you the tools to build and run a quality site; results depend on your niche, your content, competition and search engines.
Will I be accepted into affiliate programmes?
That's up to each programme. BlogToStart can suggest programmes that fit your niche and help you manage links once you've joined, but it can't apply on your behalf or guarantee approval.
Where does keyword and traffic data come from?
Every number is labelled with its source. Without a connected data provider, keyword ideas are marked as AI estimates. Traffic data comes from BlogToStart's own privacy-friendly page-view counts or from Google Search Console if you connect it.
Can I edit everything the AI creates?
Yes — pages, articles, navigation, design and settings are all editable. Edits keep revision history so you can restore earlier versions.
Can I export my content?
Yes. You can export your website content and account data from the dashboard at any time.
What costs aren't included in my plan?
Domain registration (if you choose to buy one), and any third-party services you connect — for example a keyword data provider — are billed separately by those providers.
Which AI provider do you use?
BlogToStart uses a third-party large language model provider configured by the platform to plan sites and write drafts. Prompts include the information needed for the task, such as your idea and site content. See our privacy policy for details.
Is my content mine?
Yes. You own the content you publish. You can export it at any time from the dashboard.
Can I use BlogToStart for an existing website?
Yes. You can import your posts and pages from WordPress (WXR), Ghost or Medium, or from a blog's web address, with 301 redirects for the old links. You can also export everything again at any time.
What happens if I delete my website?
Deleting a site is a destructive action that requires typed confirmation. Its pages stop being served immediately. Export your content first if you want to keep it.
