Terms of service

Template notice: this document is a good-faith template describing how BlogToStart actually works. It has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and should be reviewed before being relied on.

These terms govern your use of BlogToStart, a service for creating, hosting and managing websites with the help of AI. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

BlogToStart provides tools to plan, build, host, edit and operate websites, including AI-assisted content generation, SEO tools, affiliate link management, analytics and automations. Websites are hosted on a BlogToStart subdomain and, optionally, on custom domains you control.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
  • You may invite team members to your websites; you are responsible for their use of the service.

3. Your content

  • You own the content you create and publish. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, display and back it up as needed to provide the service.
  • AI-generated content is provided as a draft. It may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to other content. You are responsible for reviewing it before publishing and for everything published on your website.
  • You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your website, including advertising, consumer-protection and affiliate-disclosure rules, and the terms of any affiliate programmes you join.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use BlogToStart to publish unlawful content; infringe others' rights; distribute malware or phishing; impersonate others; publish spam, deceptive reviews or fabricated endorsements; or interfere with the service or other customers. We may suspend websites or accounts that breach these terms. Suspension stops a site from being served but preserves its content where possible.

5. No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee income, search rankings, traffic, or approval by affiliate programmes or other third parties. Metrics in the product are labelled with their source; estimates are estimates.

6. Plans, payment and cancellation

  • Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period through our payment processor. Prices are shown before applicable taxes.
  • Plan limits (such as websites, AI credits and storage) apply as described on the pricing page and in your dashboard.
  • You can cancel at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
  • Domain registration and third-party services you connect are provided and billed by those third parties under their own terms.

7. Third-party services

The service integrates with third parties (for example AI model providers, payment processors, Google Search Console and affiliate networks). Their availability and terms are outside our control.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change features; we will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You can export your content before deletion.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
